As a native of the Triangle, I have been working in real estate since 1993 and owner of Hollydaire Properties since 1997. I have seen the small sleepy town I grew up in becoming a place I hardly recognize. Hollydaire came from my working in property management for the family mobile home park. Since 2004, I continue to manage and serve as President of E&M Johnson Enterprises, Inc. Before real estate, I finished my accounting degree at North Carolina State University while working as a stay at home mom and homemaker. I had several positions in the accounting field and worked in local government finance for over ten years. After leaving public work, I saw that I was needed in the family business, E&M Johnson, Enterprises, Inc. I took over management of the family mobile home park and property management operations in 1993. A few years later, I pursued my broker’s license. With my late husband Ron Singleton, PE, also a Real Estate Broker, we sold everything from the small Manufactured Home on an acre lot to Large Parcels of Raw Land for Commercial & Residential Development.
